RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 Dear Customer you can exercise your right of return and refund, without any penalty, within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods purchased, pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code (D. L.vo 22.07.2005 n. 206).

It is an essential condition for the exercise of the withdrawal that the integrity of the products to be returned is preserved. In particular, the products must not have been worn, used, damaged, or lacking in elements of the product (eg packaging).

PLEASE NOTE: If the return does not comply with these conditions, we will not proceed with the refund and return. We therefore ask you to carefully check the product before proceeding with the return.

Once the package is received, our team will verify the integrity of the return, send you a confirmation email and proceed to the refund, through the payment channel you used for the purchase. Refunds, except in exceptional cases, will be made within one week of sending the confirmation email.

In case the return is not intact, you will receive an email notification of the problems encountered. If the product is used or damaged, we cannot refund it and the product cannot be returned.
