The characteristics of each Product are shown on the Site within each product sheet, and are processed on the basis of the information transmitted by the individual manufacturers. The same information, as well as the images and / or videos, are published for guidance, and likewise all the trade names, trademarks or distinctive symbols present on the site.

Pursuant to articles 128 - 135 of the Consumer Code, each product with manufacturing defects enjoys the same conditions provided for by the legislation on the right of withdrawal, and the Customer can return them by activating the procedure described in the Returns and Refunds section.

Our products are handcrafted by the producers belonging to our circuit. They are often produced in one size or one size, the conformity of which is guaranteed by the manufacturer himself.
