Purchase and payments

The sale takes place fiscally between the Customer and Placecorner Store Srl through the deniuxe.com platform which allows companies participating in the circuit to sell online. The purchase contract and support services (shipping, returns, payments) is managed by Placecorner Store Srl and its partners (Shopify for payments and GLS for shipments). Product liability remains with the manufacturer as indicated in the section "Product conformity guarantee"

All orders, in fact, are subject to acceptance by the deniuxe.com team which reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to process orders that are incomplete or incorrect, in the event of unavailability of the products. required, or in the event that the Customer cannot be qualified as a consumer or does not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency.

If a product is not available, the Nexi.com team will contact the customer to propose a replacement product. In case of non-acceptance by the customer, we will proceed with the refund of the item not processed.

If the Customer intends receive the invoice, must send an email shop@niuxe.com indicating: Company name / Tax code / VAT number / Pec or Unique Code. Placecorner Store srl will issue the invoice which will be forwarded electronically, as required by the relevant legislation for Italian or foreign customers. A copy of the invoice sent electronically will be sent by email.

All prices indicated on the platform are expressed in Euros (€) and are to be considered inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are excluded and are explicitly indicated before purchase. They also intend to include VAT.

Placecorner Store srls reserves the right to change the prices shown on the Site at any time according to the requests and needs of the producers themselves.

For the payment of products and related shipping costs you can use Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) e Reloadable Cardsi come Postepay. Paypal e payment platforms such as Klarna.The entire payment process is securely managed by our partner provider Shopify to which our platform is integrated.

Placecorner Store srl, does not have access to the data relating to the Customer's credit card. Only the payment service provider will have access to this data. If the provider refuses the payment, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be notified by email.
