The basket he made for Folie is in white willow that he collects himself in the Sarrabus countryside. Once harvested, the willow is soaked in water and then peeled: this is where the basket gets its light colour.
The cotton cord was spun and twisted by hand by Tessilbono], an artisan weaver from Bono in the province of Sassari.
So a Sardinian bag that we called ISOLA to refer to our Sardinia, an island rich in natural resources and beauty.
